Refund policy
We totally get it; online purchases don’t always work out! We're here to help get it right though! We proudly offer Store Credit/Gift Cards for all returns. We do not issue refunds for any reason. Good news though; Store Credit/Gift Cards never expire! If you have any questions regarding the fit of an item, please reach out to us. We are always happy to assist.

RETURNS:
• All returns must be received within 15 days of the original purchase date.
• Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit for the original purchase price, minus the cost of shipping.
• Returns must be unworn, unwashed, free of scent and unaltered with the original tags attached. Please also include a copy of your package slip with the return.
• Any item ending in .99 or labeled as "FINAL SALE" are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items purchased at a discounted price of 40% or greater are also Final Sale. No exceptions.
• The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 15 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will NOT be accepted. No acceptions. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a $6 shipping charge to have the items sent back or we will donate them to charity after 15 days.
• Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
SEASONAL Gift Purchases: Orders placed after December 15th will be eligible for an Extended Return Date. These returns must be received by January 10th to receive store credit. There will be no exceptions to this.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are NOT returnable. No exceptions.
• All accessories
• All jewelry
• All intimates
• All sale items
• All beauty items
• All health/self-care items
• All wellness items
• Any item damaged as a result of incorrect care
EXCHANGES:
Please note that an exchange is only for the exact same item in a different size. Be aware that our items often sell out very quickly!
• Final Sale items are not eligible to be exchanged or returned.
• Exchanges must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date.
• The item you are returning must meet all of the return guidelines above.
• Please place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item.
• Ship your return item back to us including your new order number for the exchange inside your return, and we will process the full purchase prices, minus shipping, as store credit via a gift card.
• If we are currently sold out of the size you need, we are unable to process an exchange and you should refer to the Return instructions above.
SHIPPING BACK YOUR ORDER:
If you doing an exchange for a different size, we will offer you a free shipping label. If you are shipping back a return for store credit, we will send you a return label at the fee of $5.00, which will be deducted from your return amount.

• Please utilize the original mailer bag for clothing if possible.
• Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box or bag. Please do not affix shipping labels to the shoebox itself.
• We don’t require a Return Authorization, but please include your original packing slip inside your return.
• We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
• We highly recommend considering the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• All returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit/gift card once processed.
SOMETHING WRONG?
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
• If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of your order being delivered, at hello@shopstudiok.com, so we may address the issue.
• We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed or worn it.
• We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.
We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
